- Vintage ring in a double knot shape crafted in a textured 18k yellow gold. The ring is stamped LROSSI 18K and is probably from the 1960's. The gold double knot shape measures approx. 1 1/8"x1"(29mmx23mm) and the total height of the ring as shown is 1 1/8"(29mm). The ring is currently in size 7.5 and we do offer complimentary resizing.
